Planet Youth Conference
In March 2026, we partnered with Winning Scotland to deliver the Planet Youth in Scotland National Learning Event - a key milestone in shaping a preventative, data-driven approach to improving life chances for young people across Scotland.
Held in Glasgow, the event brought together policymakers, practitioners, researchers and third sector leaders to move the conversation from theory to action, focusing on how the Planet Youth model can be embedded within Scottish communities.

We were responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the event, ensuring a seamless experience for both delegates and stakeholders.
This included:
Full venue and supplier management, including catering and on-site logistics
Speaker coordination, briefing and schedule management
On-the-day delivery, troubleshooting and delegate experience
Oversight of the event design, ensuring consistency with Planet Youth brand guidelines
While the event itself was focused on collaboration and co-creation, our role was to provide the structure, clarity and operational excellence that allowed that to happen.
This was not a traditional conference. The format was deliberately designed to be participatory, bringing people together to share insight, challenge thinking and shape practical next steps.
That required more than just logistics. It required careful planning around flow, timing and environment, creating a space where conversations could happen naturally, sessions could flex where needed, and the overall experience felt purposeful rather than procedural.
We worked closely with the Winning Scotland team to ensure the delivery reflected the intent of the programme: open, collaborative and grounded in
real-world application.
The event successfully brought together a diverse mix of stakeholders, creating meaningful dialogue around prevention and early intervention in Scotland.
From a delivery perspective, the event ran smoothly, with speakers, sessions and logistics aligned to support a high-quality delegate experience throughout the day.
Most importantly, it created the conditions for what the programme is ultimately about: turning insight into action.

“The Marketing Department supported us immensely at a time when we were delivering a conference with limited staff and significant competing priorities. Their work gave us complete confidence that every aspect of the event was being handled seamlessly. They managed all aspects of event delivery which allowed us to focus on fully engaging with day and networking with attendees rather than the operational demands of running a conference. From bookings and registrations to tech needs, no request was too much and really the conference could not have gone ahead without their help. We look forward to working with them again in the future!”
