Alex Salmond Confirmed As Renewables After Brexit Keynote Speaker
The former First Minister of Scotland, Alex Salmond, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at the upcoming Renewables After Brexit conference.
The conference, which we are running on behalf of the University of Dundee’s Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy and Scottish Energy News, will be examining the repercussions of the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union for the renewable energy industry.
Professor Peter Cameron, Director of the Centre, said:
“We are very excited that Alex Salmond will be delivering our keynote address. Renewable energy was a key focus of Mr Salmond's government and our delegates will hear Mr Salmond's views on how the industry may fare post-Brexit.”
The conference will be held on 1 December and places can be reserved via the University of Dundee’s website.
